Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Director to spearhead our architecture, transformation, and delivery initiatives within the technology space. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong architectural background and proven experience in driving large-scale transformations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural vision and strategy for technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Drive transformational initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet time, budget, and scope requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of architectural standards into project execution.
- Establish and promote best practices for architecture, development, and delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on architecture and transformation; at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems and solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., microservices, cloud architecture, DevOps).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
