Job Title: Senior Project Manager I/II

Are you an experienced project or construction manager skilled in overseeing large-scale projects valued over $50 million? PMCS Group, in collaboration with LAUSD, is seeking a Senior Project Manager I/II with a solid background in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and leading multiple teams throughout all construction phases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 17 years of full-time, paid professional experience in project/construction management.
- 5 years of experience managing programs with projects exceeding $50 million.
- Experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of experience with CCM certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Design-Build, Building Information Modeling (BIM), LEED-certified projects, and Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS).
- Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes.
- Certification as a California Registered Architect or Professional Engineer is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex construction issues, disputes, and disagreements.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance, directing OARs and reviewing project progress.
- Review change orders and assess impacts, ensuring fiscal management and contract administration across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with various LAUSD departments and maintain adherence to district policies and procedures.
