Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit qualified travel nursing candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific travel nursing assignments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses to understand their career goals and preferences, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Matching: Collaborate with account managers and facility partners to match nurses with assignments that align with their skills and preferences.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, credentials, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Retention & Support: Provide continuous support to nurses throughout their assignments, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
