Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining sales operations and providing vital support to the sales department. Your duties will encompass managing the CRM system, generating sales reports, and implementing best practices. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Train and support sales representatives on CRM usage and best practices.
- Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of CRM data.
Sales Analytics:
- Produce regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing teams to consolidate and analyze sales data.
- Calculate and verify quarterly sales commissions, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Generate market share and performance reports, providing insights into competitive positioning.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce sales best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of sales tools and technologies.
Forecasting and Planning:
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager to develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Support the annual budget process with data analysis and reports.
- Prepare content for executive meetings, including reports, charts, and presentations.
- Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to meet revenue targets.
Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, finance, product management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth communication and goal alignment.
- Enhance CRM capabilities and integrate sales technologies in partnership with IT and data teams.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales analytics, CRM management, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and other sales tools.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000 per year
