About the Role:
Job Title: Senior Lead Developer
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Developer with a deep understanding of banking systems, web technologies, and backend architectures.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of modern banking environments.
- As a Solution lead, you will be responsible for guiding the overall architecture of web-based and backend systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Provide solution design and help with the development of best practices ensuring quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of high-level architecture solutions for banking applications, including web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks and tools to support the bank's digital transformation initiatives.
- Design and Development: Provide solution designs and help with hands-on development, Code review, define development standards and best practices for quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role within the banking industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing web-based and backend systems in banking or financial services.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in backend technologies including .NET, Java, or similar, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Familiarity with banking protocols and standards, such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, and PSD2.
Location: Plano, TX (3 days onsite in a week)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 – $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
