Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Welcome customers to the store and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients by offering attentive service, product knowledge, and styling advice.
- Ensure a memorable shopping experience that reflects the luxury standards of our brand.
Sales and Product Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by highlighting product benefits and addressing questions or concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive sales techniques.
Closing Sales:
- Utilize effective sales strategies to close transactions and secure sales.
- Handle objections professionally and overcome challenges to complete sales transactions successfully.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all sales interactions.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and according to brand standards.
- Participate in seasonal and promotional display changes to enhance the store environment and showcase new collections.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stockroom organization to optimize product availability.
Clientele and Follow-up:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through personalized communication and follow-up on purchases and inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, promotions, and special events to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
