We are working with our client, C.W. Hayden, in seeking a Director of Finance and HR, to be based in the Auburn Office.
Requirements of the Director of Finance and HR:
- Strong experience in both financial and HR management.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Ability to process payroll needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, a must.
- Prior experience with ERP and sales tax software.
- Ability to commute to the Auburn office, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance and HR:
- Reconciliation of sales activity, sales tax and inventory.
- Prepare monthly customer statements.
- Complete Month End and Fiscal Year End Reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Supervise staff of 3.
- Collaborate with internal and external brokers and vendors.
- Recruitment and maintenance of employee files.
- Process weekly payroll.
- Employee relations and benefits management.
- Provide coverage for Operations Manager when needed.
