Sygnetics is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for the Department of Veterans Affairs in western Michigan. Services will be provided at Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations.Interview and examine patients, review past medical history and request and/or perform diagnostic tests and examinations as necessary to make a diagnosis for primary care services. Contract Family Practice Physicians make diagnosiss after evaluating information obtained and provide medical or surgical treatment and/or referral as appropriate.The first line of contact with a newly enrolled Veteran-patient; patient loads are estimated to be 8-12 Veteran-patients per day (combination of new and established Veteran-patients), per physician.Provide healthcare services for the entire period of performance at the VA. The workday will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays.
