Job Description
As an Account Manager for our client TikTok, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of a variety of creative assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assist with project management and coordinate necessary resources between teams, as well as strengthen and manage the client relationship.
Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, and be detail oriented. This person should be passionate about TikTok as an entertainment medium, and its role in the social media landscape. They will work closely with multiple people on the client team, and internal teams to bring creative visions to life while helping to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with the client’s brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be extremely organized - manage multiple projects and multiple points of contact simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and organized workflow for all assets created by Amplify team.
- Pass asset requests from client to internal teams. Interpret briefs and ask for more information or pose questions when necessary to clarify the client request
- Ensure all internal teams are adhering to project management and workflow processes
- Compile reports for client based on the team’s weekly and monthly production output
- Communicate directly with asset managers at TikTok to provide updates and act as a bridge between Amplify’s internal teams and TikTok employees
- Be proactive in anticipating roadblocks to production schedules and deadlines
- Contribute to business retention and growth by identifying incremental opportunities, growing accounts & strategizing new solutions on an ongoing basis, including recommendation of additional products and channels
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Enhance and establish excellent rapport with client.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a client facing role, client services, or partnerships. Agency experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm for TikTok platform, dynamics, and content trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate client feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for process improvement
- Ability to shape strategies and proposals using data
- Experience working with project management and communication tools such as Slack, Lark, Notion, and Asana is a plus.
