Consulting Advisor - Wilmington, IL (on-site)
Are you a dynamic and engaging professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth? We are seeking an exceptional Consulting Advisor to join our team as the frontline support for our clients and employees.
As a Consulting Advisor, you are a strategic partner and business consultant between Kelly, our partner company, and our contingent workforce. As one of the largest and most demonstrated workforce solutions providers, you will have access to comprehensive, specialized training and resources to support your success and growth here at Kelly.
How you’ll drive our team’s success:
Service Delivery Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, meeting operating agreements, SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive process compliance and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with clients and managers to implement new procedures.
- Maintain safety programs and implement improvements in collaboration with the Safety Manager and client.
Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships through proactive communication and strategic collaboration.
- Analyze performance data to identify process improvements and solution opportunities.
- Stay informed about clients' businesses, industry trends, and market dynamics to strengthen relationships and inform decision making.
Employee Engagement: Foster high engagement through redeployment, upskilling, recognition, and communication.
- Proactively communicate safety policies and updates to employees.
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, and guidance to contractor.
Lead Generation: Identify growth opportunities through strategic relationships, communication, and consulting.
- Work closely with recruiting to match top talent to client needs, driving increased revenue.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to pursue new opportunities and successfully close deals.

Does this sound like you?
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer-facing and customer-oriented environments
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (food service, retail, etc.)
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities while maintaining strong compliance and detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, proactive outreach, and engagement
