About the Role:
As the Director of Member Benefits, you’ll take ownership of a key AFBF program, where you’ll shape and lead initiatives that enhance member value and expand national partnerships, leading its growth and success. You will drive strategy while managing both internal and external relationships, including corporate partners, state Farm Bureau teams, and consultants. Your ability to craft effective marketing campaigns, forge strong partnerships, and work independently will be essential to the program’s success.
This role provides a unique opportunity to not only develop high-level strategies but also execute initiatives that directly impact the Farm Bureau’s national brand and member engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Innovate: Identify new opportunities to grow national member benefits, while enhancing current offerings through strategic partnerships with leading corporations and state Farm Bureaus.
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with corporate partners and state-level teams, ensuring mutual success and alignment with Farm Bureau's national goals.
- Marketing & Communication: Create and execute marketing strategies that elevate program visibility, increase sales, and engage members at both the national and state levels.
- Drive Autonomy & Results: You’ll be entrusted with the freedom to lead and grow the program, while working closely with the Executive Director and other internal stakeholders to ensure its success.
- Financial & Project Oversight: Manage the program’s budget, ensuring financial health and success. Oversee team projects, ensuring they stay on-time and on-budget.
