A financial services group in west Austin is looking to bring on a temporary HR Business Analyst to support their team! This is an onsite role M-F and they are looking for someone who can start ASAP. This contract is set to last through the end of the year, with the possibility to extend. Pay is $34-38/hr.

Responsibilities:

Documentation of HR Procedures
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify procedures that require documentation.
- Work closely with process owners to accurately document these procedures.
- Organize and structure the documented procedures for easy access and use by the HR team.
Data Analytics
- Review data related to the annual review process and merit increases.
- Analyze and visualize data to highlight key insights and trends for senior leaders.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to guide HR decision-making.
Ad Hoc Data Analysis
- Conduct additional data analysis as needed to support HR initiatives and answer specific business questions.
- Offer flexibility and expertise in analyzing various HR metrics and reports.
Project Support for Goal Setting
- Assist in preparing a project plan for an organization-wide goal-setting process.
- Develop timelines, milestones, and action plans to ensure successful project rollout.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and documentation.
Strong analytical skills, with a background in data handling and visualization.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
