Our client, a globally well-known hospitality company is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Quality Assurance (QA) team in the Midtown area. This role is crucial for providing high-quality support to all aspects of the QA department. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for QA projects and administrative duties, ensuring that all necessary documents and contracts are completed efficiently. This position is temp-to-perm opportunity.
- Pay: While temping the role will be an hourly rate of $23 and if/when perm the role will be a salary of $51K.
Responsibilities:
Documentation & Reporting:
- Sort and prepare HGV contract documents for new and upgrading owners.
- Monitor and record customer cancellation letters and assist in processing cancellations.
- Prepare and maintain a file showing pending contract deals and their total net sales value.
- Assist in reviewing all outgoing contracts for accuracy prior to mailing
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and monitor the Issue Report, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with the QA manager.
- Assist with managing the customer follow-up process for incomplete paperwork and payments related to contracts and the deeding of new purchases.
- Handle inventory and supplies for the QA department, including ordering office supplies.
Project Assistance:
- Assist with various projects and programs as needed in the general operations of the QA department.
- Carry out any reasonable requests by management
Physical Tasks:
- Stock items for daily operations, including lifting boxes up to 20 pounds
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required for QA temps.
- High level of tech-savviness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow up on tasks.
