Position: Events Marketing and Sales Specialist (Sales Event Specialist)

Location: Territory is West Coast (west of the Mississippi) but accounts/events assigned will be based on candidates residence location, to ensure most efficient travel.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED across West coast. approx- 75%- Regular Flight travel is part of this role.
2-3 events in field per week. Work from home the remainder of time.
COMPENSATION- $65,000 BASE WITH ALL IN COMP of $90-$100k, PLUS BENEFITS.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our post sales team as a Traveling Events Specialist. This person will be responsible for hosting events at medical aesthetic practices to promote and sell cash-pay aesthetic procedures such as body contouring and radio frequency micro-needling. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently while educating and exciting doctors, clinic employees, and potential patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events at medical aesthetic practices to promote and sell cash-pay aesthetic procedures.
- Work independently to ensure that all events are attended and successful.
- Meet with practices remotely during a 6–8-week timeline to help them successfully advertise their event.
- Educate doctors and clinic employees on marketing, sales, consultations, and how to close business.
- Excite patients by providing informative and engaging presentations.
- The ability to consult with patients and determine what treatments and how many treatments are right for them.
- Have excellent closing skills while in the consult room to increase patient conversions and revenue for the practice.
- Build strong relationships with medical aesthetic practices to create successful partnerships for the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, procedures, and emerging technology.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop marketing strategies for promoting cash-pay aesthetic procedures.
- Manage travel schedule to ensure all events are attended and successful.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, event planning, or related field.
- Experience in the aesthetic industry is a must.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of marketing, sales, consultations, and how to close business.
