A unique opportunity to join one of Arizona's top ranked senior bankruptcy attorneys to establish a premier bankruptcy practice with unlimited potential for career growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in debtor representation and restructuring matters with some working knowledge of creditor representation. Additional experience in commercial litigation or commercial finance is advantageous. This role requires outstanding drafting, writing and analytical skills. Further attributes include exceptional organizational abilities and interpersonal communication skills.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. Work ethic and product are most important. Superior academic and professional credentials are advantageous. Must have admission to the Arizona State Bar.
This position may be remote if candidate is available to make in-person meetings and court appearances as necessary, approximately 1-3Xs monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights cases, including both debtor and creditor representation.
- Handle commercial litigation and commercial finance matters as required.
- Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with precision.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver highest level of services.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, representing clients effectively.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Salary is negotiable, commensurate with candidate's experience.
