Genesys Developer
Location: Libertyville or Northfield, IL (Hybrid: On-site Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Contract: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a mid-level Genesys Developer to support their internal systems and workflows on a contract basis. This role requires a local candidate to work on-site three days per week. The successful candidate will join a dynamic IT team responsible for enhancing internal infrastructure, supporting ongoing projects, and working with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and customizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain workflows within the Genesys system.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in Genesys applications.
- Assist with integration tasks and data flow management across various platforms.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, build solutions, and conduct system testing.
- Prepare for the relocation to Northbrook, IL, after approximately four months.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys in a development or technical capacity.
- Proficiency in Genesys system customization, workflow creation, and integration.
- Ability to work on-site in Libertyville or Northfield, IL (and transition to Northbrook in the future).
- Experience in a healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a collaborative work approach.
