Title: Production Team Lead
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Onsite at Portland OR 97211
2nd or 3rd shift - 2 pm to 10 pm and 10 pm to 6 am - Support both according to need
Job specific requirements
• Preferred for candidates to have experience working in a union environment, or at least working with conflict resolution managing a team
• Experience with continuous improvement / Kaizen / TPM production methodologies.
• Some previous manufacturing experience is greatly preferred
• 4 year degree is preferred but Client will accept candidates without a degree if they have relevant experience instead
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Preferred experience in Lean manufacturing and TPM. Continuous Improvement experience including Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Breakdown Elimination system.
• Proven leader with strong communication, time management, coaching, priority setting and change management skills.
• SAP Experience preferred
• Food experience preferred
