Job Description
We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges and enable their sustained analytics transformation. As a leader in our Customer Success organization, you will lead teams of Managers and consultants who execute cutting-edge analytical solutions and capabilities for clients.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

Skills Required
- Proficiency in Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, and PySpark, with hands-on experience in using PySpark for data engineering tasks.
- Experience in data engineering, business management, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) retail sector or supply chain management involving sensitive data.
- Proven work with people and operations data.
- Consulting background focused on data engineering, including data comprehension, requirement gathering, and project articulation.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly express project objectives.
- 6+ years in designing and implementing distributed applications.
- Experience managing complex Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects.
- Expertise in data pipelines, ETL design, data warehousing, and SQL/data modeling (preferably using dbt).
- Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile processes for data and analytics teams.
- Strong optimization skills in performance and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of engineering best practices and version control (Git).
- Experience with Big Data technologies, including Data Analytics (Dataproc, Airflow, Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and data warehousing (BigQuery).
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Years of Experience:
5-9 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within consulting and working with retail/CPG clients.
