Kitchen365 is on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive with a deep understanding of the kitchen and bath industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with prospects, conducting product demos, and managing relationships within the kitchen and bath industry for Kitchen365’s digital solutions, including website design, SEO, and marketing services tailored to kitchen-related businesses. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Engage with existing leads, follow up on inbound inquiries, and qualify prospects through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live or virtual demonstrations of Kitchen365’s eCommerce websites, catalog management solutions, and other digital services to prospective clients
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage demo appointments with potential clients, ensuring all stakeholders are present for product presentations
- Sales Strategy Execution: Present Kitchen365’s suite of solutions—including custom website development, SEO, digital marketing, and catalog management—tailored to meet client needs
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the kitchen and bath industry to ensure ongoing satisfaction and future sales opportunities
- Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s offerings to effectively position Kitchen365 as the go-to digital partner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales with proven sales experience in digital solutions, website development, or related field
- Familiar with eCommerce platforms, digital marketing services (SEO, PPC), and website development processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and close deals
- Customer-Centric focused with ability tounderstand customer pain points and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-up activities
- Strong presentation skills with theability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of Kitchen365’s offerings
- Comfortable with conducting demos via platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience in the kitchen and bath industry
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Freshsales is a plus
Schedule Expectations
- Willing to travel domestically for client visits, sales conferences, and trade shows; approximately 10% to 25%
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
