Position Overview:
- Support CEO across multiple business functions including operations, team management, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate between US and Philippines-based teams
- Manage critical communications and workflows
- Drive project coordination and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage executive communications, flagging priority items
- Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and follow-up
- Track progress of multiple ongoing projects
- Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Assist in documenting and streamlining operational processes
- Prepare status updates and summary reports
- Build strong relationships with team members across all departments
Requirements:
- Proven track record of executive support experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with business software (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com)
- Experience coordinating remote/international teams preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
