Position- CNC Maintenance Technicians

I need two CNC Maintenance Technicians for a client in Menomonee Falls, WI. One for 1st Shift and one for 3rd Shift.Please include your shift availability when sending resume over to me.
We're seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of CNC machines and equipment, contributing directly to our manufacturing success.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in CNC lathes, machining centers, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robots, testing equipment, assembly equipment, parts washers, lasers, and other automated systems.
• Conduct minor electrical maintenance, including replacing motors, switches, and fuses.
• Assist senior technicians with machine adjustments and rebuilds.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of proven experience in CNC machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Experience with Fanuc robots and automated systems is highly desirable.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with machine rebuilds.
• Familiarity with forklift operation, lock-out/tag-out procedures, HAZCOM, and arc flash safety
