Role: As a Solutions Engineer, you'll advocate for customers, assist with onboarding, solve issues, and provide guidance on using our platform effectively. You'll also gather feedback to help shape future improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Represent customer needs and ensure top-tier service.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new users.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
- Educate customers on platform features.
- Collect feedback to improve the product.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Dev tool or infrastructure company, with expertise in AWS, GCP, or similar.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience onboarding and supporting customers
