Job Description

Outpatient value-based care opportunity
Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics physicians
Work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
No nights and No weekends
Start with 8-10 patients per day
Goal is get to 12-15 patients per day
Advance practitioner and full office support

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary ($250,000 range)
Quarterly bonuses based on production
30 days PTO
7 additional holidays
$3,500 towards CME
