Ponte Firm manages social talent and connects talent with the best brands, endorsements, sponsorships and other opportunities to help tell talent stories, build impactful content and drive sales. With a 100+ talent roster, which spans over 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm masters multi-platform storytelling.
This role requires living in Austin, TX as we have a hybrid office, working from office and remotely. Reports into Founder & CEO.
Responsibilities:
- First and foremost, responsible for companywide sales growth, sales pipeline, team and end-to-end talent sales funnel
- Provide business strategy, data-driven decision making and counsel across all business matters including sales, operations, finance, new business launches
- Establish sales commission and quarterly goal structures for team
- Cultivate new and leverage existing relationships with brand / agency contacts and work with the internal team to develop deal flow and meet revenue goal
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure that influencer selection, closing and outreach opertions are consistent, growing and successful
- Develop creative and strategic business ideas and new ventures with talent’s strengths/successes and development goals in mind
- Represent talent in contract negotiations and manage contract process
- Execute partnerships with talent from post contract phase through campaign completion when needed
- Recruit, hire and manage new colleagues
- Take responsibility and accountability for ongoing initiatives, clearly define account team roles, and provide guidance and tools to facilitate goal achievement and client success
- Develop agency database of go-to talent, digital influencers and brand advocates
- Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
- Develop and contribute to the new business process including research, proposal and pitch preparation
- Create, update and iterate on business / client decks
Qualifications:
- Required: experienced, 5+ years of direct talent management, marketing agency and/or influencer marketing experience
- Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience
- Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects.
