This is a Clinical Nurse Lead position working night shift in the ICU at Oro Valley Hospital.

What you will do:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) serves a critically ill adult population that often requires life support. These patients may present with medical or cardiovascular issues, necessitating the expertise of registered nurses trained in intensive care. The nurse's role involves planning, directing, participating in, and evaluating patient care, while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes in the ICU.
In addition to providing direct patient care, the registered nurse coordinates unit activities, organizes tasks, and assigns responsibilities among the staff. They are responsible for assessing and monitoring patient conditions, as well as educating patients and their families about care processes. The nurse also institutes emergency procedures as needed to address any critical situations that may arise.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing ADN or Diploma Program required. BSN preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of clinical experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license; BLS Basic Cardiac & ACLS ( American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
