We are a Growing Property & Casualty Insurance Agency looking to expand our Client Account Manager team in the Raleigh North Carolina area.
Position Requirement: You will need to have at least 5 years of Insurance customer service experience, in a business-to-business environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

The Day to Day
- Speaking and communicating with our customers to answer questions and creatively solve problems related to their workers' compensation insurance policies.
- Accepting and processing payments as well as issuing new policies.
- Generating and distributing certificates of insurance (COIs) and waivers of insurance.
- Tracking and following up on non-payment to ensure resolution or initiate cancellation.
- Marketing, Quoting and Servicing Commerical Insurance Clients.

- Computer Savvy. You will be required to work on a number of platforms to get things done, as well as be very comfortable working in the MS Office suite.

- Prior Experience. Prior experience in insurance, credit, lending, and/or financial services, and/or working in insurance agencies.

- Education – High school diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Office experience 5 years a must

Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Candidates must have at least 5 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
- Spanish Bi-lingual is not required but is preferred
