Job Title: Business Development Manager
Pay Rate: $60,000 to $75,000 per year (plus commission)

What You will do:
- Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, Property Managers, Multi-family, Insurance Agents, and HOA.
- Identify targets: existing relationships and new targets
- Implement targeted tactics to align with the company's strategic goals by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the insurance and restoration sectors
- Leverage CRM software to effectively manage new and existing clients and accounts, ensuring accurate records of all marketing activities are maintained.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, specifically within the restoration, multi-family, or property management industries.
- Proven experience in inputting and tracking sales-related data in a CRM system
- Must be available to attend networking events 2-4 evenings per month
