Change Governance Specialist
**Govern change framework, policies, procedures and compliance**
3 Days On-Site Charlotte, North Carolina (2 Days Remote)
Max W2 Pay $54/hr, paid for hours worked
12+ Month W2 Contract; 40 hours per week; benefit options
Supports Change Managers and Sr. Manager with E2E Change Management Activities Including:
- Daily review of new request, weekly/monthly communications, taking and documenting minutes, scheduling review sessions, building presentations, report tracking, change prioritization and capacity management.
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
- Look at change from a high level discovery perspective.
Required Qualifications:
- Change Governance
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience on the business side
- Process improvement and creation
- Financial/banking industry experience
- Experience creating change management frameworks
- High level of understanding for rules and regulations
- Experience ensuring change governance has gone through all needed tolls for audit purposes
- Thrive in an environment of ambiguity
