POSITION SUMMARY:
The Managed Print Services Analyst is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales Department, Customer Service Department, the Service Department, and the IT Support staff with all initiatives pertaining to current and potential growth and operation of the MPS (Managed Print Services) aspect of the business.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain, and analyze detailed MPS pricing spreadsheets
- Create sales and service pricing proposals and presentations for all current and potential MPS clients
- Perform quarterly current MPS account reviews to identify areas of possible printer redeployment and/or repositioning to maximize profits to the company
- Analyze all current and potential client agreements to identify areas to improve the customer experience, while maximizing profits to the company
- Assist Customer Service and IT Support staff in tracking down missing meters and loss of reporting equipment
- Work with IT Support staff with meter imports from applications into E-Automate
- Analyze data obtained from the FM Audit System and E-Automate to determine potential issues
- Assist Customer Service Representatives in determining appropriate resolutions and corrections to potential issues identified through the analyzing process of the FM Audit, and E-Automate systems
- Coordinate the set-up and tagging of all existing and future customer printer fleets
- Coordinate the installation of all major MPS accounts
- Coordinate the process of tagging and monitoring Sales Representative’s agreements for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support and assistance to Sales Department, as needed
- Review activity with MPS Support Manager with detailed weekly updates of all MPS activity
- This position will require travel 30% of the time
