Title: Talent Management System Administrator
Facility: Remote (must reside in the state of Florida)
Responsibilities:
- Provides systems/technical support for overseeing the continued development, improvement, reporting/data analysis and maintenance of various talent management systems including Learning Management Systems, tuition, succession and performance management.
- Works with Team Resources Technology, Information Systems, Team resources Analytics and Organizational Development and Learning to ensure operational performance on the various applications.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to users.
- Manages access, personalization and system operations and settings.
- Provides support to include installation, customization, development, maintenance and providing upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
- Works with others to correct system errors/issues, process improvement and support subject matter experts.
- Ensures systems/applications are functioning at their highest levels of efficiency and meeting the needs of both the subject matter expert and the customers.
- Develops and creates custom and standard reports and visual dashboards for presentations to support Organizational Development & Learning programs and services.
- Extracts data, analyzes trends and makes recommendations based upon data and partners with Team Resources Analytics on strategic workforce development data.
Required Skills:
- Experience in data collection, reporting and presentation development and administration.
- Strong digital acumen and engagement skills.
- Superior written, verbal, analysis and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills to effectively prioritize multiple strategic plans, initiatives and deliverables.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- Required - 5 years' experience in administration of Learning Management Systems
Education:
- Required - Bachelor's Degree in business, data analytics, system administration, workforce analytics, or related field
