Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Water Resources sector to lead and manage various water-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and will work collaboratively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water resources projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, environmental specialists, and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to inform project development.
- Utilize CADD and AutoCAD software to create and review project designs and plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the water resources sector.
- Able to work out of an office in Columbia Maryland.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
