Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools.
- Set up machines, monitor production runs, and make adjustments to optimize performance.
- Conduct quality control using precision measuring instruments and adjust as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience operating and programming CNC grinding machines.
- Previous experience as a Tool and Cutter Grinder.
- Proficiency with Walter Helicheck inspection programs and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering tool prints for geometry specifications.
