As the General Manager, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, implement innovative strategies to boost efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. Your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance supply chain performance and drive profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals and exceed expectations.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with key clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify and implement technologies and processes that advance operational capabilities.
Relevant Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced supply chain certifications preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and a track record of achieving operational excellence.
