Production Automation Technician
(Technician I, Technician II, and Sr. Technician)
First Shift: 5AM - 3:30PM
4x10 Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Salaried + OT eligibility
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing/executing training.
Primary responsibilities:
- Quickly and correctly identify cause and complete repairs on all processes
- First responder to SCW events
- Assist IM members
- Update troubleshooting documentation
- Monitor line/processes for performance degradation and create improvement plans
- Audit/maintain maintenance chemical storage cabinets.
- Complete improvement projects
- Audit completed PM work
- Develop training material
- Perform machine condition audits
- General maintenance of equipment
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would be motivated to learn, have a strong improvement mindset, have electrical and mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, time management skills, prioritization skills, and strong troubleshooting ability.
Proven ability to methodically perform troubleshooting, identify the root cause of equipment failure, and implement improvements.
Required:
- 2 Year technical degree and/or work-related experience
- Knowledge of PC’s and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Etc.)
- Experience with PLC/HMI and robotics
Beneficial:

- Advanced Knowledge/experience of PLC/HMI (Keyence, Allen Bradley, Etc.)
- Advanced Knowledge/experience with robotics (Fanuc, Yamaha. Etc.)
- Advanced Knowledge/experience vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Etc.)
