Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Support
Location: Reston, VA
Duration: 6 months (contract-to-possible hire)
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days wfh)
Pay Rate: $34-$37/hr
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's U.S. team based in Reston, VA. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with regional TA teams and Company project sites to support key stages of the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, managing offer packages, assisting with candidate onboarding, and generating status reports. The coordinator will act as the main point of contact between candidates, regional TA specialists, project HR teams, and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining data accuracy while balancing multiple priorities. This position will involve a significant amount of interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, so excellent customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in a variety of tasks.
- Serve as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule both local and remote interviews, including managing travel and expense reports for interview-related activities.
- Track requisitions and candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), including generating offer letters for selected candidates and ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related reports.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic Qualifications: 2-4 years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Talent Acquisition function.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, SAP, Power BI etc.).
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
