Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at CMA Realty Property Management & Sales in Prescott Valley, AZ. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing client/customer relations, and ensuring property occupancy.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License Required
- Property Management, Real Estate, and Leasing skills
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in property maintenance
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
- Relevant certification or license (e.g., Certified Property Manager) is a plus
