Pega Decisioning Architect @ Irving TX
You will be responsible to Review requirements, design and implementation of applications using Pega CDH.
You are required to understand the role of different systems in the organization and guide the team to fetch and post data from & to the right source.
You are responsible to consider application scaling, performance, & other operational aspects during design and ensure they are met.
In this role, you will be interacting with Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and various other stakeholders offshore and onshore.
As most of the meetings happen in the US time, you will be responsible to plan the work so it is done seamlessly by teams across geography.
This role requires regular status updates to the management. Ensure the status of the ongoing Initiatives, post production monitoring, end-end utilization, system specific metrics, management deck updates are accurate.
Participate in team calls, schedule calls with stakeholders, development, testing, and other teams.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): PEGA PRPC 8+, CDH, Java Script, HTML 5.0.
DESIRED SKILLS: NBA Designer, ADM, PEGA 8.8.3, 1:1 customer engagement optimization, 1:1 customer engagement Implementation.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
Certifications: CSSA with CPDC/CPMC.
