National Sales Manager – Innovative Packaging Solutions
Our client is a successful and growing middle-market manufacturer of design-intensive packaging solutions, under private equity ownership, with ambitious long term growth plans. The company is experiencing significant historical growth (both organic and acquisitive) and is seeking a financial leader to support local and corporate leadership teams across multi-location operations.
We are seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive continued growth through an experienced remote sales force and mentor this company’s next generation of sales leadership. You will have a history of implementing robust process and systems, including CRM, while creating effective KPI dashboards to drive focused outcomes within a complex, growth focused, high-performance enterprise. Your background experience will ideally include exposure to custom packaging, printing, media and advertisement, and other related industries.
