Responsibilities
- Monitors monthly end closing data.
- Report Data and Analysis to Korea HQ.
- Analysis of Selling Price (P/Mix).
- Updating and maintaining daily website sales data.
- Maintaining internal use sales via MS Excel.
- Maintaining customer-TM matching table.
- Handling special cases between customers and Territory Managers when out of territory.
- Managing and reporting of Home Center retail sales data.
- Analysis of monthly, weekly, and daily average sales.
- Tracking of departmental TA KPI data.
- Preparation of TA KPI data announcements.
- Analysis and forecasting of TA KPI data per team for upcoming year.
- Monitors the Company's Club sales data and rebate program data.
- Preparation of quarterly Company's Club announcements.
- Analysis and tracking of Territory Manager sales performances.
- Preparing sales goals for Territory Managers
- Reporting a variety of data for directors and managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
- 5-12 years of related experience
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP utilization skills
