Role: Operations-Part Specialist (Inside Sales)
Reports to: VP of Operations
ROLE SUMMARY: The Parts Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and sale of inventory. They ensure the company has an adequate supply of parts, monitor inventory, work with vendors to get the correct parts, and help customers find the necessary materials.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell parts.
- Process parts orders and provide cost estimates to existing and potential customers.
- Locate and purchase parts.
- Issue Purchase Orders.
- Maintain organization of parts and workflow by following inventory control procedures.
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Industry experience preferred.
· Computer skills to include use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
· Highly organized with effective time management skills.
· Proficient at follow through with customers.
· Must work well with others and possess good people skills.
