The Construction Superintendent is responsible for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management of all construction activities. This includes overseeing the work of Assistants, Foremen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel. The Superintendent ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards, while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision and coordination of all personnel on-site.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of work to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope and financial parameters.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture by promoting teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to company values.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction management or a similar role.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Proficient in scheduling software.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,00 Base
