Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, LLP is looking for an attorney with experience defending California wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. Working from the Pasadena, California office in the Firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation practice, the attorney filling this role can expect approximately 75% federal court work with substantial case responsibility covering all phases of litigation. Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience in the Los Angeles market.
Skills and Requirements of Class Action Associate
- Admittance to the California state bar required.
- Previous experience in class action cases.
- Experience in private practice or federal judicial clerkship.
- Federal court work preferred.
