KRG is excited to help our client, a premier East Coast law firm, find an Office Manager for their New Haven office.
Duties include:
- Providing oversight and direction to non-attorney personnel (e.g. administrative support staff)
- Supervising administrative staff including mentoring and training
- Working firm leadership to develop and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in office practices
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and performance evaluations
- Managing office budgets and handling financial records, including billing and invoicing
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for attorneys and staff
We are looking for a team player for whom multi-taking is not an issue. You are able to juggle multiple calendars, teams and requests, and are flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role managing a group who provides administrative support
- Legal experience or professional services office management experience strongly desired
- Bachelor`s degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability
- Experience implementing policies and procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
