The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that promote and develop brand cohesion. Responsibilities:
- Developing both organic and paid media campaigns
- Promoting community engagement
- Optimizing engagement through content and media initiatives
- Collaborating with creative project teams and designers for overall cohesive brand development
- Analyzing social media metrics and creating initiatives to increase engagement
- Collaborating with influencers and developing influencer relationships
- Managing all digital content and copy
- Utilizing social media strategizes to grow overall brand cohesion
- Curating content to increase online presence and brand awareness
- Overseeing content from planning and strategy through execution
- Researching market trends for social media strategy
- Overseeing social media initiatives and strategies to grow brand voice and reach
- Developing and managing social media and content calendar
- Building new media partnerships to grow online presence
- Utilizing analytics programs to make appropriate changes to campaigns/programs
- Coordinating with marketing team on campaign timeline
- Effectively communicating with cross-functional teams

Must Have:
- 3+ years in Social Media Coordinating/Management
- BA or BS in Social Media Management or Marketing preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice
