They are currently hiring for a Business Development Representative to help them foster new relationships and gain further visibility in the market. The ideal candidate would come with an HRIS or payroll background, so they can come in on day 1 and make an impact. Rewards
- Base salary $50,000-55,000 first year
- Uncapped commission earning potential (top performers bringing home $6,000/month)

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an HR-related role
- Previous B2B software sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments for Specialists
- Work in the office, conducting approximately 10 outbound quality calls per hour
- Log call information and resulting follow-up tasks in our CRM platform, HubSpot
- Achieve goals for productivity, quality of calls, and set appointments
- Contribute and work well within a team environment
