Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership development, and oversee development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Coordinates meetings and committees related to the support of patient care and staff development.
- In collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, develops and coordinates workgroups to address organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience and five (5) years of management experience in a Healthcare
- Trauma Level II experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Masters Degree in related field
- MLS - Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP
