Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior engineers, designers, and the CTO and CEO, to drive front-end development efforts. Gain deep insights into user needs and business objectives to prioritize and define the scope of product development initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of innovative products, leading front-end projects that prioritize user experience and design, from the initial concept phase through to launch, with an emphasis on evaluating their success and impact.
- Navigate and adapt to a wide range of project briefs, from vague ideas to well-defined plans, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of front-end development throughout all stages.
Required Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing intuitive, high-performing, real-time web applications.
- Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks and languages such as TypeScript and React, with a deep understanding of web standards and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with design teams to build innovative and user-centric solutions.
- Solid experience in creating real-time, cross-platform web applications, including knowledge of technologies like WebSockets.
- Familiarity with backend development and a willingness to contribute to full-stack efforts when required.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving and debugging to ensure robust and high-quality applications.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and proficiency.
