Project Manager - US Cash Management
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a project focused on U.S. Cash Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Transaction Banking, including wire transfers and payment systems, and will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, managing project plans, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Must Have:
Knowledge of US Cash Management, or Transaction Banking (wire transfers, payments ext) Sample JD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear objectives, tracking of action items, and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Manage the project plan, track progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Prepare and update professional slide decks and other presentation materials to communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to the project team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project aligns with business requirements and goals.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash management.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within U.S. Cash Management or Transaction Banking (including payments, wire transfers, and cash management systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing project plans, schedules, and reporting on project progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to take detailed minutes and effectively document action items.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of payment systems, wire transfers, and other transaction banking services is required.
- PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services or banking.
