A top 100 AM Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Labor and Employment team in our Los Angeles office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in employment law to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of law firm experience in labor and employment law (Class of 2019 or earlier).
- Proven deposition experience and the ability to manage cases independently.
- Skilled in negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and delivering results.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential.
- Big law firm experience is a plus.
- Trial and employment litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Class action experience is preferred.
- Active California Bar membership is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters, including litigation.
- Handle depositions, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients in court.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a variety of employment-related issues.
