Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Job Location: Santa Ana, CA (on site)
Salary: $125K-$185K+/year DOE
Requirements: Complex Litigation, Attorney, CA Bar Admission
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Work on a variety of cases including business litigation, class action, personal injury, employment, and more
What You Need for this Position
- JD from accredited law school, with 5+ years of litigation exp
- Experience in handling discovery, briefing, and trial preparation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Knowledge of California procedure and motion practice
- Experience in business, employment, class action and catastrophic personal injury litigation
- Ability to work on cases from a broad range of industries
